Photo Gallery Enhancements |
|
Greetings, everyone.
Just a short post to announce that I have added a minor modifcation to the site. It is essentially an enhancement to the photo gallery and the way it displays images, etc.
Oh, of course: Thanks for being such loyal visitors... |

User Registration Security Officially Active (for real this time!) |
|
Gang, I am happy to announce that I was able to successfully implement my secure registration module - so no more assbags from Russia, no more chink bastards trying to post their I make kinjite on a 13 year old girl! She velly velly nice!
Sick shitheads...
Anyway, I encourage you to register, if you haven't already. Post away, upload pics, enjoy the day (or the 5 minutes you're actually spending here on the site). |

If I Ever Catch the Bastards... |
|
Over the last 2 weeks the paypal account I had for over 8 years has been accessed.
Twice.
The 1st time, they managed to get over $900 bucks out of my bank account - luckily, it never made it past the Paypal account and after 5 days of calling and bitching at Paypal and my bank, I was able to get that money returned.
This 2nd time, Paypal's bank decides it needs to debit my account for 2 of the original unauthorized transactions - for about $300+.
What. The. Fuck!?
Despite that fact that the transactions were confirmed as unauthorized/clandestine, Paypal still proceeds to attempt to process the god-damned transactions?
I mean, really. how fucking obtuse does a company have to be?
I am awaiting these transactions to once again post into Paypal so I may then manually transfer that money back into my bank.
Paypal can go fuck itself and the retarded horse it rode in on.
As a safety precaution I have emptied out my checking account to prevent any further monies from being transactioned out because of these shitheads. Let them try and get anything out of there now.
I have also removed the "Donate to this site" button as it was tied into the Paypal account.
The last thing I will do is allow someone's generosity to cost them more than the couple of dollars they chose to donate.
What gets me, too, is, Paypal showed 2 transactions pending, again, for July 8. For purchases on ebay. To be shipped to somewhere in the Ukraine!
Nevermind that I have my address in fucking Texas. Nevermind that I specifically stated that this account is not used to purchase anything. It is used only for incoming monies.
They could give a shit.
Fucking moronic assholian shitbags.
I'll just use Google Checkout instead - they obviously know what the fuck they are doing when it comes to security.
Do yourselves a favor: close your paypal account. It doesn't gain you any interest and the headaches they refuse to own up for.
...as to the Ukrainian ass-fucks: FUCK YOU. FUCK the goat that screwed your mother and spawned your sorry existence. I have a 9mm bullet with your damned name on it, tool. |

Expected "Hiccup" Accessing This Site |
|
In the coming days I expect to see a temporary interruption when accessing my web site.
I am in the process of transferring my domain, vernon-klein.com to a different domain service. But, things should be restored to normal pretty fast.
In the meantime, you can also access this amazing site by omitting the dash, like this:

Is there ever enough time? |
|
Hi there, boys and girls. It's been about 76 days since my last confession...wait, huh?
That is to say, 76 days since my last journal post. A lot of stuff's gone on in the interim. Stuff that wasn't exactly personal but that involved me personally.
I seem to most more often on Facebook (I know, and shut up!) since there appears to be an easier access by those that deem me relevant enough to want to see what the fuck I'm up to on a fairly regular basis.
But getting back to things that have happened and stuff... |
|
I ordered a helf-shell, finally, from Leatherup.com.
I bought the "Outlaw Insane Clowns Half Helmet":

I wore it for a few hours to get a good feel for it; how it would "wear" on me for extended riding and such. |

Well, the reCaptcha module is on hold indefenitely due to some unexpected glitches I hope to have resolved at some point.
A new Newsletter panel has been added - you must be a registered member to see it - by default you will be subscribed and will receive the newsletter in your email...assuming I figure out how to send out that newsletter! Of course, you can UNsubscribe at your discretion, though I know none of you will do that, right? Right?
I have also added a scrolling shout-box modification to add a little eye-candy to the main page.
I invite you to add any comments, suggestions, critiques, etc.

Working on Registration - Sorry for any Problems |
|
A quick note to inform you all that I am currently implementing a reCAPTCHA module into the registration and commenting systems on the site.
This may cause some of you to encounter problems while registering -- as in, the captcha part may not be visible to you, preventing the registration from taking place.
I will be working to fix this and have it functioning as it should ASAP.
Til then, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. |

NEW: WAP Enable Site Access! |
|
That's right, boys and girls - I've recently added a new module to the site permitting you to visit it via your mobile phone.
I'll be tweaking a few things, to make it look better as we go along, but for now you can already access it by pointng your mobile phone's browser to:
http://www.vernon-klein.com/wap/
Do let me know if you come across any weirdness, etc, when browsing the site in this fashion.
enjoy! |

Motorcycle Safety Course: Completed! |
|
Yup, that's right, boy and girls, yours truly spent the weekend doing the basic motorcycle safety course at a location just north of downtown Denton, Tx.
Dare I say that I ranked 1st in the class? I dare! I dare!.
It was actually a lot of fun.
Although, there were some people among the class attendees that would probably benefit from not partaking of a motorcycle...not even as a passenger.
One fellow, nice though he was, did not have the, what would you call it, awareness that is so necessary when riding.
Another guy seemed to go from ok, to damned nearly clueless as the riding practices continued! |
